Anyone using Norton Internet Security

version 21 (2014) noticing extremely long load up times at start? Mine just started doing this a few days ago. Usually its up within a few seconds now its a few minutes.

Its happening to me on Win 7 though. I rolled back to the 2013 version and running as it should.

I've got both 7 and 8.1 on this computer. When it boots up it gives me a choice of which operating system to load
