Me too. Haven't used it much since Windows 7 came out. Last time I had it out the battery was toast.

Last time I checked DELL wanted somewhere around 150 bucks for the one I have. Rip Off!

The guy/shop I've used for years on computer matters said I was better to buy from e bay or Amazon .Quite a difference in price but as it's never used , never bothered .

I did look into that and read that if I used a non- dell battery it would nag that piss out of you to install a OEM battery.

Got tired of trying to deal with only 2 gigs of RAM and when they said no more support, figured it was time.

Ever notice that there's so many high performance parts available for GM products?

Did you ever think that maybe they NEED them?
