We had a gun show in Saratoga Springs this weekend and naturally the heathens that want to take away all LEGAL guns were there.

BUT... supporters of the 2nd amendment out numbered them at least 3 to 1 when I went by and there were many cars honking in support of the 2nd... including a certain '73 Ford Pick 'em up.

Been having a hard time trying to find shells. Ammunition cabinets are empty everywhere.

I knew there were some hunters/shooters on this forum so thought I'd post it, couldn't hurt anything. Luckily something told me about 4-5 months ago to stock up on ammo and I listened. I was afraid this was coming if Obama was re-elected. I've noticed even surplus 7.62x54R ammo prices have gone up $10-20 a case at most online vendors since I ordered some a couple weeks ago. My neighbor called me the other night wanting to know if I knew of anywhere that had 9mm in stock. I checked at the local Walmart last Friday and they had a few boxes, but by the time I was able to let him know they had already sold out. I was going to pick up another box of 150gn. 30/30 and all they had was one box of 170gn, so I passed since I still had 4 boxes and my scope is zeroed using 150 gn.
