You're right, it is a nice machine. But I've noticed a trend that I couldn't haven't been able to put my finger on until now. Auto's are becoming more and more "clinical". It's almost like the manufacturer is trying to hide the engine which is the heart of the performance.
Not only does it make it a pain in the butt to work on, but it hides the engine. I like seeing the engine. I understand the extra's to neaten up the wires and vacuum lines, but why hide the whole thing? The hood all ready does that, they don't need a secondary enclosure.
