Has anyone had any experience with websites that let you complaint about authorized dealership not being able to fix the problem? Like there is mytestify.com but there are many other ones.

If you did complaint, did it do anything for you? It’s annoying when they can’t fix your car after few tries…

I think it's best if you call the factory to complain.

Thanks for reply. How do I complain to a factory? They'll laugh at me and then send me over back to the dealership. Authorized shops are suppose to be able to fix problems. Don't get me wrong, I am sure factory person will be a lot more nice to talk to, some of those dealership guys are fairly rude. :(

There's always the Better Business Bureau or whatever the equivalent is in your State.

eg Complaint Information
Central California Consumer and Business Reviews, Reports, Ratings, Complaints and Accredited Busine - Central California BBB etc

As a very active Australian Internet shopper buying from the US I have always found they have been able to get a quick resolution to the few issues I have had (non delivery of goods or wrong goods delivered).

I assume you are in the US. In Australia your local Consumer Affairs Office will look after you.
