This shows a Porsche with the headlamps stolen . It seems to be a new thing stealing the lights from Porsche Panameras or Cayennes. Apparently the headlights are used in the cultivation of cannabis as the lamps consume little power and give off much heat. The damage to the cars with the lamps is in the thousands to repair . The video is from a security camera at a house which captures a thief stealing the lights.
