idle issues

have a 96 probe gt 2.5 manuel trans idles fine on start up (cold engine) after driving and engine warms idle will be irradic 1500 to 1800 rpms and at time you can hear the maf opening and closing rapidly cleaned everything out with proper cleaners even replaced maf after codes P0100 mass airflow A circuit and code P0110 intake air temp sensor circuit showed up after replacing maf no codes have shown up and idle issues remain bought this car a couple months ago previouse owner put a aftermarket cold air system on it with tiny airfilter which i,ve replaced with a larger spectre air filter any help to get this idling like normal would be appreceiated

I'd look for any possible vacuum leaks. Then go from there.

Check for normal MAF, ECT, IAC and TPS operation.
Non OEM air intake can interfere with MAF readings causing erratic idle.

Can you elaborate on this?

How does fuel trim look?
