I am having a hard time deciding on what my next mod will be, as it will be the last for a long while. I can only chose one, and they are the Cappa edit or a set of headers from intune motorsport.. I want the headers bid time but I know the torque reduction will reduce any effect the headers will have in the lower gears. The edit will give more power and will reduce the torque reduction and be more drivable..

I wish I could get both..
Heres a pic of the headers

Theres guys on these forums running std hedders with edit and are going very quick as well.

Re: discissions

I personally would go the headers then later add the edit, that's what I'm going to do

If you could or are only to get one, I would get the edit, my reasons for saying that are if you got the edit with a custom tune now, then got the extractors later you may need to retune.

Looking at what simon is getting from his edits, i really don't think there is much choice, Go the edit from Xtreme

There is no substitute for cubic inches but my pursuit sure closes the gap

*UPDATE * Pursuit has just run 11.763 and 116.18 mph making it Australias Quickest and fastest unopened boss as well as Australias Quickest and fastest naturally aspirated Boss

Re: discissions

I may be a little late on to this and I note the poll is completely correct with 80% to the Edit but just in case your not convinced take it from a fairly new edit owner...it's awesome!!!!!!!

It was my first mod and I doubt I will ever add a mod that will be able to make as much difference as the Edit did ever again!

( no I don't work for CAPA )

I said to the ICWS ( In Car Whingeing System )
"What's the problem, it's a victimless crime...except for him, he lost!"

Re: discissions

Edit. You could live with the stock exhaust, but not the electronic nannies. I am keen on the Intune system too.

God bless my work fuel card

Re: discissions

i just had the same decision - I went the edit. Yes it is good, but I would have liked the tunes from a better set of pipes.

BA GT-P owner and loving it!
