Straight six stall

Have a f-150 that runs great until it stalls. It continues to run barely, picks up at certain throttle position. It has done this several times and then mysteriously started running again. I replaced the fuel filter and inspected the fuel tank for contamination. Can the fuel pump function intermittently? It stalled each time when it was quite hot.

Re: Straight six stall

Could be timing drift, how many miles are on it?

Ever notice that there's so many high performance parts available for GM products?

Did you ever think that maybe they NEED them?

Re: Straight six stall

Could possibly be a plug or wire / lead breaking down .
