Not 100 % sure but I think the Sprint cam has less duration on exh and is smaller than std H.O cam..The 1:72 roller rockers make it up..Less timming on exh was to keep low end torque...An H.O cam with 1:72 r/rockers are a great improvement...But above that or with latter model engines the Crane cams are great and reasonably streetable.Perform well with aftermarket inlet, heads etc....
