390 dieing out

Lately ive been having problems with my 390 opening up. Whenever i punch it from a dead stop it basically falls on its face and dies out. If im just cruisng and punch it and the secondaries open up it makes it dog real bad.
It has a stock intake manifold. 600cfm edelbrock.
Any ideas on what the problem could be?

Re: 390 dieing out

The fuel settings ain't right and possibly air flow and mixture controls not set.
This would be my first assumption.
