If you don't have voltage at the fuses, the next leg goes back to the alternator. Check for breaks in the wire.

I did just install a new 135 amp alternator . And the harness was tight to fit .cus I removed it to check continuity because of the charging issue it had before alt replacement. Will check wires tomorrow an reply thanx

Checked harness is fine . Can hear relay clicking when ya trigger hi to low beam .switched relay with one beside it same out come

Pulled fuse 23 & 25 ran a hot to them and both lights work . Therefore problem must be between fuse box and power supply

Tracked down to red/yel wire into fuse block was pulled out somehow .maybe cus lid came off hard an I or previous owner did but is fixed now

It did in this situation .I started looking at fuse box after I found power at headlight switch . Looked up connector at fuse box and found wire pulled back. . prolly from aggressively removing fuse cover .I did have a good schematic. With wire colors
