Weeeelllll... It should be the dame as a Fairlane 2 door hard top.... That being said, I couldn't find one for one of those, either. From the B pillar forward (if you hadn't figured it out) the Ranchero and the Fairlane of that year were the same. The bed panels of the Ranchero and the Failane wagon's lower panels were the same. While the Fairlane's aren't as rare as a unicorn, they aren't that common. Maybe you can find a wagon donor car? The wagon typically goes for less than the other models... for now.
