1987 Ford LTD Crown Victoria

I need advice. I recently was given the task of selling a friends parents car as they have both passed away. It is a 11/87 build 5.0 four door with 7,000 miles. It was parked and covered in 1988 when her father passed and was untouched until yesterday. I have all the documents on the car from the day it was bought until it was parked. Still has brand new factory tires on it! Dry rotted of course 🤣🤣 Interior is mint. Body is mint except 1 quarter size spot of surface rust behind rear drivers tire. Tbh it may not be rust. I need to wash and buff it. Me ce have nested in the engine bay. Therefore all the wiring will need to be need to be replaced. It has not been started since 1988 but the oil looks good. Does anybody know what this vehicle may be worth or where I would get the most money selling it. Any advice or information would be greatly appreciated. Thank you very much.
