I screwed up! created a short causing interior light to quit;wipers wont work and speedometer does nothing. is there a relay that powers all of these and where is it located. Thanks

I had a '95 Ranger, and I believe that they were on the same circuit. Look in your fuse box identification section in the manual. If they are all on the same circuit, and the fuses are all good, it's probably a relay.
