I've been "attempting" to remove a dead alternator from this vehicle... I've read several tech posts elsewhere & seen several YouTube videos, some informative & some a complete waste of Internet data. Has anyone found a DIY method to remove it without having to use a wheel lift & "screw jack" and also dropping down the frame cradle?

Thanks in advance- at this point I'm seriously considering putting the belt & wheel back on & towing it to a local mechanic shop if I can find one I can trust since my go-to place for years recently lost their lease & closed.
