Hi,
I’m new here.
I have a problem with my Ford van, I got the code P0102 and the van hesitates, the escape smoke smell very bad.

I have been doing a little research and check the wiring voltage. I have another van 2004 E350 with the same engine, same MAF sensor, but with different voltage reading. I switched the MAF sensor of both vans and same problem. The sensor isn’t the problem.

I have checked and the ground for the MAF sensor is the ground G104, I don’t know where this ground is, some of you know where is?

In conclusion, the MAF sensor isn’t getting the correct voltage. The MAF reading is 0 g/s. I have cleaned it and no change.

You verified you’re getting the correct voltages on each wire? Have you checked the continuity between the ground at the maf and the negative battery terminal or chassis ground?

I had a BMW in the shop with a similar fault code that led us a merry dance before we solved it . Turned out it was a fuse related to the MAF that ran other stuff also and usually when it blew it causes a "short to ground" code . Might , might not apply but wouldn't go wrong to check . According to this , the likes of fuse #76 MAY be related but check others also
