when i got in my ford focus today, i pressed on the gas and all my tires rotated fine except my rear drivers side. I tried pumping the breaks and switching on and off the parking brake but it still wont budge. it drove perfect last night and i didn't have any concerns for it when it did drive. i would like to see if i can fix it at home rather than calling a tow and getting it to a ford location

A bearing or brake cylinder can seize as they cool down. You will have to get it up on a jack and get the tire off and see which is holding you out. Given the age, it's more likely the brakes.
