Haven't been able to figure this one out, so figured I'd ask some of you guys.

I have a 2015 Fusion Hybrid with about 128K on it.

Over the past week, I've noticed when I hit bumps or go across bridges, it makes like a dinging type noise up front. Imagine someone hitting a triangle (like the musical instrument), just very softly. When I go uphill it happens much less, so it already sounded like it was coming from up front, but that made me really think that's where the issue is.

I always had a squeak type noise going over bumps, but that's gone and now I have this. I know its hard to picture without hearing it yourself, I'm just wondering if anyone has had a similar issue or any ideas of what I should check out. Of course my warranty just ran out, so hoping its something I can fix myself.

I'm not super car-savvy so any ideas you guys might have would be helpful.

EDIT: Friends have said it sounds like the sway bar end link might be bad?

The (anti) sway bar stabilizes the car during turns, if it fails, it can make handling a little squirrely. Of course, the sway bar is a guess, it could be something else. Your best bet is to pop the hood and put it on jack stands and look for loose components. If t rings like you say, it should be fairly loose and easy to find.
