2019 ford raptor steering gear assembly needed

Hi, i have a 2019 raptor that has been in the shop for 4 months now. the only part the dealer is waiting on is part # KL3Z3504N which is on national backorder

I reached out today and they said if I can find one they'll throw it on. I have looked everywhere, if anyone has one or knows where to find one please let me know. any help is appreciated. thanks!
