Greetings all, I've posted this on www.fordforums.com, but I thought I'd post here as well, any extra help counts :)

Ok, I've been working on my ED for a while now, got her up to 190rwkw with the following mods -
Crow EA-ED Wild Performance Cam (222825)
EA-EF Vernier adjustable timing set (CS6EA-VS)
Falcon XR6 valve springs (7739-6)
2 1/2 inch Pacemaker extractors, 2 1/2 inch high flow redback cat & mufflers (PH4499, STR110, 2T3870TP)
now, supplied and fitted by Herrod Automotive -
Oil pressure switch,
Water Pump,
Distributor MPEFI (F005D00002)
Coil (9220061710)
new sump gasket set,
6 Cyl head Gasket kit (EA6584BK1T)
New timing case,
New oil pump,
NGK plugs (BRE527Y-11)
Pistons/Pins
Crankshaft bearings,
Lifters,
Con rod bearings,
ported & polished Cyl Head,
VRS gasket set,
Unichip computer,
Fuel pump,
new 91LE auto & torque convertor.

Now, I'm looking at further work, before eventually looking at a turbo.

Basically, I've got a list of things I'm planning on, and I was hoping that all of our good freinds on the board would be able to help out with approximate prices.

LSD Diff -
3:73 Gears -
Titanium Valve Springs -
AU Steel Head Gasket -
Trans Cooler -
Pistons/Rods/Rings/Bearings - ACL Race Series - Sizes 0.5, 1.0 ??? (Not totally certain of the meaning with the different sizes)
Size 0.5 - Rods 6B2150H-010, Bearings 7M2158H-010, Pistons 6MKRY9400 (includes Rings), Gaskets GR520/1GTR, GR522GTR.
Size 1.0 - Rods 6B2150H-010, Bearings 7M2158H-010, Pistons 6MKRY9400 (includes Rings), Gaskets GR520/1GTR, GR522GTR.
Fuel Injectors - (Not certain what would be right, and what'd be overkill)
Fuel Pump - (As above)
Braided Steel Hoses -
Guages -
Oil Temp - $
Water Temp - $
Trans Temp - $
Air/Fuel Ratio -$
EL XR Guages - $

Also, if anyone thinks of something I've missed along the way, please let me know.

Any help VERY much appreciated. And if anyone knows the best value places to source the items, that info would be great also! :hy:

Trans Cooler - you can come and pull the one of my car if you want
Braided Steel Hoses - pirtek
AU Steel Head Gasket - $95 from ford
EL XR Guages - $? FTGAS
Fuel Injectors - get 36lb
LSD Diff -
3:73 Gears - $1000 for a whole new diff
XR6 fuel reg.

With a small cam too, That Unichip must be earning it's keep.
Must be happy with the Tuner!
Have you had her down the quarter?

I have a complete 3.23 diff for $400,
and a 4.11 diff for $600 (with $700+ in reciepts)

If your Pump is maxxed out,
Bosch 044's 700hp Fuel Pumps (as used on touring cars) are $450 for Forum readers from Heckaz Performance.
A higher reg was used on XR's and adjustable ones are avail from $180,
A Broadband intake manifold (from EFon) may be worth a few Kw,
Trans coolers are $180 - $300,

Yep, very happy with the tuner - Thanks to Rob @ Herrod :)
Although, he apparently no longer has the Unichip software.
I also think he did a few other bits and pieces that I haven't got listed.. All the machining I believe was sent out to Pirtek.
Haven't been down the quarter yet, waiting till everything is finished.
I'd love to be able to post good times after the first run.

As for the Diff, I've been told by Phil at PDR Diff & Driveshaft that currently the only LSD available is the standard 4 pin 28 spline carrier, and that a new heavy duty unit will be available in a few more months.

I've now been directed at both the 500hp fuel pump, and now the 700hp.
I figure I'll probably go the 700, just to have the extra flow in reserve,
I've also now been directed to both the 36lb injectors, and green tops.
I figure I'll go with green tops, once again just to have the extra flow available.
I also figure I'll end up with an adjustable regulator (thanks again!)
Hadn't thought of the intake manifold, so thanks for the advice once more.
And transcoolers have been quoted at anywhere from 100 to 600.
Think I'll have to shop around and do some more reseach on that one.

Auto.
And head work was all done by Herrod during a major rebuild, so I'm not 100% on details. I'll be taking it down to Flowcraft soon to have it flow tested, and see what else can be done.
This is actually my second cylinder head. I bent the first like a banana.
