I am using a '08 P71 crown Vic for a very custom COE truck project and need to know if there is a way to get a low profile throttle body onto a 4.6 motor. The factory unit is too high and ducts to the drivers side. Is there a longitudinal throttle body from a Mustang or anything else to duct the intake out the back or at least much lower? This is almost a show stopper for this project. Thanks

Edelbrock makes a low profile plenum for mustangs but the ports for the vacuum lines are not in the right place if you were to use it on a crown vic and youll have to cover the opening for the iac. Thats going to be your best bet I think.
