isnt this y block tech? not fe tech! anyway not to worry. it may be 428 capacity but just in a 352/390 block. the 352/390 can be bored to 428 bore size 4.13" and fitted with a 410/428 crank 3.98" stroke. then becomes a 428. hope that helps. cheers
I have it in my 56 bird have over 8k miles on it. I've been working with it for six years now and notice increase in mpg and lots of power out of it. I would like to hear what others have to say about it.
I've heard it is a 292 block and a 312 crank I would like to build one for my 56 bird working on getting all the parts together allmost ready to do it. What would be the best combination to the build best motor
