Hi everyone, newbie on the forum. Currently driving a 99' Ranger xl 4x2 4 clyinder with 149,000 miles. Truck still runs good but am starting to look at what's out there.
In searching the new Rangers I get the impression that if you want a 4x4 you have to have to get at least a 3.0 v6 engine. Is this the case or can you still get a 4x4 ranger with a 4 cylinder? When the time comes that I have buy another truck fuel economy is going to be a major factor in my purchase so I am hoping that the 4 cylinder is still an option on the 4x4 models.
