39,000 MILES JUMPED TIMING
COMPRESSION IS 130 ON RIGHT SIDE.
WE HAVE FIRE AND FUEL
COULD IT SHEARED THE CAM PULLEY DOLL PIN ?? THAT THE CAM IS FEW DEGREES OUT OF TIME?

Pull the valve cover and rotate the engine by hand. See what happens.

Pull both valve covers and ensure all timing marks are lined up. If crank and left bank are lined up, pull the cam gear on the right bank and see if it has sheared off.

Does this engine have a cam phasers?
