Hi all - car is a 63.5 Galaxie 390 with a floor shifted CruiseOMatic. Indicator doesn't line up with the PRNDL markings. Trans shifts fine and everything, looks like the linkage is worn or out of adjustment. How should this be adjusted, and where can I get the right bushings, if needed? Thanks. Pic shows car in neutral.

There's usually a plastic piece where the linkage attaches to the transmission. It's probably worn out. Best way is jack it up and look at the linkage and parts around where it attaches to the transmission and see where the sloppiness is

Sounds simple enough. I don't suppose there's a reproduced part for that? If not I can fab something! Thanks
