Anything's possible, but you may have to do some modifications. The 351M is part of the 335 engine series which was not offered on the 67-68 model years, but WAS on the 69-70. With minor modifications, you may be able to use the mounts from the 69-70 model years for the 351 Cleveland. Transmission mounts will vary with the transmission, the similarities between a Windsor block and a Cleveland block may be close enough to utilize the mounts designed for the transmission... providing you're going to use a transmission that was stock to the 67. Headers? Well... good luck. Might be best to go with shorties and use a custom exhaust to reach it. Linkage, once again, transmission dependent.
