[MP65fast]

Hello all, I don't build engines everyday but have belt 20 or so over the years.. I have what seems to be a simple issue. After plenty of cleaning and detailing, I started to put my 1969 351w motor together. I installed the mains in the bock as normal. When I went to install the bearing in the main cap the alignment tang is in the center . My block and caps are machined for the tang to be offset like normal. The bearings are CLE-MS1432P Cleveite 77 moly I just ordered another set from Summit. The bearings I have came from the machine shop. All websites give me the same bearing part number. Anyone have incite to this issue...Thanks in advance...Mp

That's pretty strange, Iwent to Summits website and they show the tang offset as well, have you contacted the machine shop?
