So I had a corner marker busted out, found that on eBay and replaced with a new bulb. I turn the hazards on to check everything. All lights outside work fine but the left turn signal light on the dash doesn’t work, even with hazards. It was the right light I replaced on the outside front. Everything worked just fine last night. So how do I change this bulb? I don’t know where to begin pulling pieces off the dash.
Also, the gauges illuminate green... so the turn signals are also green. Can I change the turn signal bulbs to a yellow bulb to make them more prominent?

Thanks in advance for any help! The car is old and fragile. I just want to make sure I don’t break something that will be hard to replace.

The bulbs are 194's, and they're probably clear. The lens on the dash covering the bulb is what is probably green. They have LED' versions that are much brighter that may help, or you can go with a tinted version that will change how it looks, but the green will remain.
