I have a 93 taurus. Fuel pump went out. Replaced that, the filter and the fuel relay. Car won't crank. There's no power going to the pump. What do I need to be looking at first?

Check the fuel pump cut off (inertia) switch. Its probably located behind a panel/opening in the trunk. Your owners manual will tell you where its located
