My 93 Tempo's daytime running lights are the vehicles high beams. Even the high beam indicator in the dash is illuminated. What could be causing the DRL to be the high beams vice the low? Where is the headlight relay and/or the daytime running light module located on this vehicle?

IIRC, the DRL module is on near the radiator. I used to have a picture somewhere, lemme look around.
