AC stops working

For about 10 minutes after a cold start the AC blows cold but after that it blows ambient temp. Turning it off and on has no impact. Vehicle is a 2004 f250 superduty with the 5.4.

Is the compressor short cycling when it stops blowing cold? (Turning on and off every couple of seconds or so)
