I got a 5.8 Windsor bone stock, Fi-Tech fuel injection...torker II intake manifold, carb spacer and hei distributor... looking for a good cam setup for the stock heads. Do I stay flat tappet or switch to roller lifter? Good ratio roller rockers? Do I need to upgrade the lifter studs? Where do I start? Any help is greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance

Flat tappets work best in applications where you at high RPM's, but if you desire streetablility, go with the rollers. Hot Rod has a good explanation:

What car is it going into/ intended use? I think you need to upgrade that torker intake.. manual or auto?
