1986 F250, Fi-Tech, 5.8, long tube, c6, 4.10 rears

I got a 5.8 Windsor bone stock, Fi-Tech fuel injection...torker II intake manifold, carb spacer and hei distributor... looking for a good cam setup for the stock heads. Do I stay flat tappet or switch to roller lifter? Good ratio roller rockers? Do I need to upgrade the lifter studs? Where do I start? Any help is greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance
