Few days ago I noticed that I have a worn ball-joint on the passenger side. Then I remembered that on my 90 Topaz I had that ball-joint replaced on the same side 1 month before the wreck. I swapped the control arms and now the car pulls to the opposite direction.
The control arms looks identical except that the new control arm is way beefier and the ball-joint is greasable. Looks like an heavy duty control arm. Is it possible that they are not really swappable since the engine are different ? (V6 vs HSC)
Is is possible that I broke something on the suspension when I installed the new arm? Or bent the sway bar or any other suspension component ?
I will probably call the suspension shop tomorrow.
Thanks.
