My dad has a 1958 F250 ex- Maine forest fire truck. It still has a PTO pump on it along with some red parking light lenses and stuff, instead of white ones. It's red by the way, LOL. It basically looks like a regular Stepside longbed pickup from far away. It was nice when he got it like 15 years ago, but it needs a resto now. It has a 223ci inline 6 I think, and a standard tranny. I'd send a pic but i have no scanner so....
I guess you aren't the only one now. I never see anyone else who likes these trucks for some reason!
Not a crowded message board is it? I have a 400 ci Cleveland and
a fmx auto trans in a short bed styles side pu. It is solid in gray primer. Runs strong, missing tailgate. Needs brakes fixed. Asking $1200. for it. Located in MO and has MO title. Pics on http://www.cmbtow.com
