[Unregistered]

I just bought a 91 GM with ATC(not the EATC).The blower motor is on a high speed all the time-even with the selector switch in 'off'. The high speed relay must work because I can hear a small increase in speed when I move the fan speed control to 'auto' or 'high'. Is there a separate blower motor speed module or is this built into the switch? Any ideas?
