Yep that design came from George Barris. I think that's his name. He also made the Flintstone cars "the movie" ,General Lee, Those hot rods the Munsters drove, and KITT in Night Rider. A bunch of others as well.
There were too many machines to photo today, including Leno and his Brough SS 100, but the 350 Manx was my favorite bike there. I just had to post these to show that Britbikes can be beautiful, unlike the '81 "Trumpet" TS-8.
