For street and fun, keep your lobe separation angle around 110° or a little less, unless you want to modify the pistons, I wouldn't choose a big cam unless you want to lose your low end torque. The aluminum GT40 heads should suffice. Once again, you're talking generalities. Like my truck, it has a 5.0L with all kinds of low end power. Sucks in the higher rpms, but I didn't buy/build it for top speed.
