I will try to gather as much information as I can on the body kits offered for Probes and MX-6s. This will not be as long as I would like it to be for the number of aftermarket companies producing stuff for our cars is very limited. Here's what I know, if you can add to this please do so, I wanna know as much as possible and I dont mean just your personal preferance but also if you have installed a kit please tell me if it fit well and how much time and effort it took to have it put on. Anything goes in here that has to do with kits:

1. Erebuni Shogun: Most of us have heard the horror stories about Erebunis ****py kits... From what I have heard the kit simply doesnt fit. You have to cut and do a lot of custom work to make it fit.
I, personally, dont really care for this kit, I dont think the Probes lines go well with it... Although I must say I have seen very nice Shoguns, and if the shogun is your style lemme know if you need any help, I know someone that installs shogun kits professionaly (he knows what hes doing).

2. FX Designs combat/series 2: I heard this is actually the one and only kit that is good quality, and fits just fine. I was gonna get an FX combat kit (and I still may), in my opinion it looks great. Some say it may be a little conservative compared to the Shogun, but I think it looks great. If its too old-fashioned for ya, they also have an other set of sideskirts and they just came out with a newer style front chin. They also have a couple of spoilers, I think this kit would go well with a Supra style wing, but thats just my opinion.
They were also gonna come out with a back bumper, I saw a pictuure and it looked greatt, but when I talked to them they said they couldnt find a car they could work on.

3. Sinsei: This company may well be a nightmare for some of us. They just came out with a very nice looking body kit that comes with a Camaro SS style hood, but and heres the but... The problem is that the the kit is too low (heard someone had to get rid of their lowering springs). Another problem is the quality, the first people that installed them complained (and *****ed and cursed) a LOT. However, others had no fitment problems... Maybe (hopefully) the problematic kits were due to the fact that the kit was new and they had to fix a couple of things, anyways Im hoping they took care of the problems... Well, their customer service also sucks, a couple of us ordered these kits in bulk from them about 6 months ago and we still didnt get our stuff yet. At this point Id advice anyone considering to buy from sinsei to hold off and wait at least till we get our stuff. As soon as I get mine, I will start installing and Ill answer all your question you may have about fitment...

4. Ninja?: This is a brand new kit, I dont know much about it. I heard supposedly it looks just like the Shogun but it fits better and its cheaper and less problemtaic. Anyone knows anything for sure?

Please post here if you know anything else about these kits, fitment, or anything related!

Thanx for the pictures Steve! That looks very similar (if not identical) to the shogun kit. From the pictures I take you can order these kits from Corksport now???

To the best of my knowledge, I don't think corksport sells them. The red and yellow probe in the pictures is owned by Ben who works at Corksport.

I know, I recognized his car (or isnt it Ronald McDonalds???)... Not too many cars out there with the same color scheme :). I know he works at Corksport thats why I asked. And I remember he was thinking about doing a Bulk Buy with the company that sells the kits through Corksport, I think he even started gathering people... Im not up to date though, since this forum is up I havent checked PT frequently .

SINSEI UPDATE

OK, my sinsei hood is in! The hood looks good, its extra light (20lbs). Qualitywise it was a positive surprise, but the box it came in was open when I got it, i thought it was in pieces when the Fedex guy pulled it off the truck. Luckily enough, its not broken, cracked or scratched at all, theres no damage on it at all, but they sent it in a plain box that opened so the hood was standing in it like a paper in a folder.
Anyways, Im still waiting for the rest of the kit, and I still advise everyone to stay away from this company!!!

Anyone have some info on the new Corksport front? I saw a pic it looks pretty nice. Is it just an extension piece under the factory bumper or is it a complete bumper?
