It didnt look *too* bad in the flesh, pity i didnt have my camera with me, or could have had some nice pics, even of the " left had drive test vehicle " sticker on the rear bumper :)

I wouldnt say no to any type of free car if someone was to give me one :)

Rumour has it the next generation commodore will share the CTS underpinnings and indeed some styling. I wonder if its a yankee car off one of the US bases, an import ofr a Holden field evaluation unit.

It's DAMN ugly, it's quoted performance times are absolute BOLLOCKS, and did I mention it's DAMN ugly?

You would have to be a hardcore dumbass (which a lot of Yanks seem to be when it comes to cars) to actually believe this marketing tripe, let alone buy one! :MrSparkle

No they are just harder on the cars. Or I think journos in Oz and NZ just drive like grannys (no bs, Wheels got 14.9 1/4 for the Honda S2000, yanks can get 13.8)

Don't they have slight rolling start or something when they measure their acceleration times? I know the Pontiac GTO (Monaro) has better times over there than our GTS Coupe, which seems weird given the power difference.

maybe we are higher above sea leavel so our air is not as dense?

maybe they use drag strips with a massive downhill section?

doesnt the GTO use different gear ratios to that of the GTS?
