is ur car auto or manual?
i have a manual EA falcon S n i can beat VL's (not EASILY) but ive owned a couple, umm VR's and VS's, VT's are a handful for me - very even. any 6cyl auto i can beat im pretty sure. HEEEAPS of 4cyl, corollas, pulsars etc, but watch out for them hondas (not civics), theyll embarass u one day.
magnas im not sure havent had the chance, but ive heard of them eating BA's.
and thats all i canthink of for now

oh and remember, if urs is an auto, the longer the race goes on the better the chance of u winning is, uve got a greater torgue curve and the power of a 4litre pulls through the higher gears.
1st is a piece of shit for racing, all torque, no punch. but second and 3rd would rip and above about 70-80km/h is where u start showin the 4cylinders whos boss even if they chop u off the line

obvoiusly you jsut got your car and think oyu can go out on the road beating everyone and anyone i used to be like you lol till my first 14 speeding fines lol and 2 crashed cars later mate do it up looking good and sounding awesome with some balls i dotn think anyone under the age of 24 should be able to drive super fast cars and shit hey im only 20 and im saying that it aitn worht it
Stock 4.0litre EBII automatic... Thats the 148kW one innit? There's not much you can beat except stock little 4cyls, Camrys, Avalons, Magnas, any pre-VS Bombadore six-cyl, and of course, pre-EB six-cyl Falcons. You don't stand much against anything EF - AU though, the 157kW six has 6 tenths on you in the 1/4 (16.8 vs 16.2 respectively). The VS - VY 152kW Commodores also have you by 3 tenths (16.5s for them). The BA is out-of-reach for any stock base model six-cyl before it. 182kW and 15.5 - 15.7s. If someone in a Magna is beating BA Falcons, he better be in a VR-X or RalliArt, or the BA driver sucks hehe.
lol there was a guy with a VR at willowbank last time i went out, had a VR with extractors and zorst etc, he asked if i wanted to race him, was really confident and stuffi said yeah no worries - we lined up and i fully tore him a new a$$hole - i did a 15.3 (no traction) and he did a 16.0 or something....was the funniest thing!!
i didnt see him again for the rest of the night.

sure i drive hard, ive been driving almost a year and im having a bit of fun, i race up to the speed limit and maybe a little over it, its not like i drag "everyone and anyone" up to 170ks an hour.
i know my limits, and if i dont ill learn my lesson myself the hard way i guess.
but ive had my car for almost 3 months and race about 1 guy a week on the way home from a mates house. never had a ticket or a crash. *touch wood*
btw its not a superfast car, just a stock EA falcon S, i used to drive me mums VT commodore S, but its auto, cant have as much fun as in my car, but u dont think i should be allowed to drive anything with more than 50kw at the fly?
cmon mate, lets be serious. young drivers are always going to be the ones having little drags off the line and being stupid in their cars, and theres not much anyone can do about that.
