Howdy,

I purchased a 2012 Ford Fusion 2.5 off Craigslist w/ 105K miles. The owner said that the car needed the 100K service, but I wanted to change the plugs myself. When I replaced the plugs , I noticed quite a bit of oil on the threads and electrodes on 2 of the 4. In addition, there was oil in the well itself. I called some shops for an estimate and then decided to try to diagnose this myself. I bought a compression tester and following the instructions to the letter I completed a dry compression test on all 4 cylinders. Surprisingly all 4 came out to be about 180 psi. Is this about the standard spec for this car?

Thanks
-Joe
