Often it's difficult to tell if two products like this are "exactly" alike due to proprietary blends. Additives and inhibitors are requied to be listed for health, safety and environmental reasons, but if a manufacturer has an additive that is deemed nonhazardous, it's only listing required is "proprietary blend". If you're that curious, you can get the MSDS for the two and find out, but generally I just look and find if it's compatible with my car or truck.
