Assume we have stock BTR 4 speed auto then:
First change filter and fluid then:
Front Band(Right Hand Side): Back of adjuster lock nut;tighten adjusting screw to 10 Nm;back off adjusting screw exactly three (3) turns; while holding adjuster screw in position tighten lock-nut to 40 Nm.
Rear Band (Left Hand Side): Back off adjusting screw lock nut; tighten adjusting screw to 15 Nm;back off adjusting crew exactly one(1) turn;Tighten lock nut to 40 Nm while hold adjustment screw in position. (But if new bands have been fitted tighten to 15Nm and back of 7/8 of a turn).
Use Loctite 567 master pipe sealant between locknut and trans case to stop leaks.
Take for test drive and if Ok reward yourself with a beer.
