Edge running bad

Good evening all. Newbie to the forum.
I have a 2012 Ford edge sel.
I recently had a misfire on #1 .
So I decided to do a tune up instead of just replacing the plug, coil and injector on #1 I replaced all 6. The plug had oil on it so I pulled the valve cover and replaced the oil seals.
After putting this back together the car won't hardly run. It won't even pull itself. Any ideas why? Does the computer have to re learn everything? I'm wondering that or maybe a upper intake leak. All help greatly appreciated.. Crash.

Make sure any hoses, vac hose , and connections that were removed are refitted . Check / clean MAF . Check compression on that cyl with oil on plug .
ran codes and get 4
p0102
p0113
p0340
p0344
Had non of these before i took it aprt. im guessing something hooked up wrong?
The temperature and MAF diagnostics would be indicative of a severe air leak, but the cam sensor diagnostics throws the wrench in. I would first carefully look over your wiring harness to make sure everything is hooked up correctly. Also, many of today's connectors may feel like they've seated, but you still have a final "click" for the final assembly.

This doesn't mean that you don't have more than one thing going on. Also make sure you check your fuses.

When we put upper intake on it didn't want to sit flush the first time. I wonder if I have a intake leaking?
Could possibly be. The intake should settle right in quite easily.

well i kinda feel stupid. after running the codes i started checking everything. first i found mass air sensor wasnt plugged in all the way..plugged it in and it ran pretty good, but not right. then the code said cam position sensor. well i was going to change it but when i pulled throttle body off( figured i would clean it)i found o plug on the head that wasnt plugged in. no sure how it came unplugged. hoping this will fix it. i will update

Thanks for update
Well, if you not replaced the seal of the Intake manifold time to do so, also I advice take off the throttle bottle and clean it.
note: "Mounting the Manifold's front screws hand tight first, as manifold is out of balance. This way you keep it in balanced position."
This Car also need re-training, this process is in the Manual.

Also here replace the seal of at least at gel gas-kit. Check your relays I had bad one as a Damaged connector.

Since I removed all wires, and almost completely serviced my car, it runs as a Cat. ;)

Still need to flush brakes after change disks and pad, as well flush of coolant, as well second flush for Transmission.

But almost there.

Recheck your work. Something didn't get plugged back in if you have a massive air leak. It's possible that the valve cover gasket fell out of place when you put them or one back on.

You have replied to an old post from a member more than a year ago on Jan 10, 2022 . Probably got it fixed by now
