We have a 99 f-150 4x4
replaced starter, replaced starter soleniod.
STILL there is a problem with it trying to keep on starting, also a whinning noise.

Perhaps there is a problem with your starter/ignition switch in your column? I would look there next if the starter is still running after you let off and the engine has started and the solenoid has been replaced.
