Hi all,

I have a 1998 Fiesta Courior van with a 1.8 endura engine,

have changed engine as old one broke cam and more,

on the right hand end of the block there is a black box with fuel lines in and out and a power plug,

can anybody tell me what this is and what does it do as i am having trouble starting the engine?

its a pre heat for the fuel. it can be taken off. i've done it many times it wont make a diff on start up.
are the heater plugs working? it only takes 1 to go down to make ie harder to start.
