Is there a way to make the fog lights stay on with hi-beams? 2005 F-350 SD.

You would need to modify the wiring harness and connect the high beam leads to the fog lamps, incorporating diodes (with sufficient current capacity and low voltage drop) to prevent lighting the high beams when the fog lamps were used with low beam.

The question, though, is WHY? If you're using the high beams, the fog lamps won't help anything; they're for when you need to light a broad swath at very short distances (like in the fog, for instance), while the high beams are for high-speed, long-distance lighting.

Another method would be to tap the high beam lead for a relay coil, and route your power from the battery to the relay contacts to the fog lamps; no diodes this way, but you've got a relay to deal with.

Still, though.... why?

Your high beams outshine fog lights. Especially factory issued fog lights.

No need to wire them up unless you just have to have that "blankie" to amke you feel better....
