Front axle spindle wear

I have a 1975 Ford F-250. In changing front spindle bearings I noticed wear on the spindle where the outer bearing sits. Instead of 1.00 inch dia I have .012 less. What type of wear is acceptable and where can I get new spindles from? Note this is a rear wheel drive truck.
