I want swap drums to disc brakes. I heard that Grandia front brakes would make the swap.Also want to
change from manual to power disc brakes.

Disc Brake Swap

I donot know the year of your Stang, but if you are interested in doing a real nice disc brake conversion you can convert to 4 wheel disc brakes with either a conversion kit or purchasing the necessary things from a wrecking yard donor vehicle.
